The “Read a Buncha Manga” Project
Back in March 2007, I was put in charge of taking care of a heavy bag of manga until our anime club’s auction in mid-May. For same reason I thought I could read and post reviews of most of the volumes but I ended up only finishing two. A fair number of the unread ones failed to be sold that so I thought about reading the rest over the next year. The time came around for the 2008 auction and I had made no further progress so I declared the project “practically dead” with the intention to finish it off with a few things I bought cheaply at the 2008 club auction.

Reading Out Loud
This audio project involves myself reading actual articles, reviews, and editorials from anime magazines (and select online journals) with appropriate inflection to mainly promote good print writing. The pilot episode premiered on May 7, 2008 and there is no regular release schedule for future episodes.
